A Place for Women to Belong and Be Encouraged

Thrive Women’s Ministry at Village Church is a community where women of all ages can connect, grow in faith, support one another, and experience God’s love in real life. Whether you’re new to church, returning after a season away, or have walked with Jesus for years, you are welcome here.

We gather to encourage each other, serve together, learn from God’s Word, and build friendships that last. We’d love for you to join us.

Our Heart

At Village Church we believe spiritual growth happens in the context of relationships. Thrive Women’s Ministry exists to help women:

  • Build meaningful friendships with others who care and listen

  • Grow in faith through Bible study, prayer, and shared life

  • Find encouragement for everyday life, relationships, and challenges

  • Serve and support the community together

  • Celebrate God’s work in our lives

No matter where you are in your journey, you have a place here.

How We Connect

We gather in several ways throughout the year, including:

Quarterly IF: Table Gatherings

Inspired by Jennie Allen’s IF: Table Ministry, once a quarter one of the women in our church hosts a meal in her home. We’re all invited to gather around the table, enjoy a meal together, and share what’s happening in our lives. These gatherings are relaxed, open, and focused on real life, not perfection.

Special Events

We host special events throughout the year, such as our annual women’s conference, Bible studies, game nights, “Be Still” retreats, and more. These are great opportunities to meet other women, deepen friendships, and grow spiritually.

Serve Together

We love rolling up our sleeves and serving our church and community. Whether it’s helping at church events, supporting outreach ministries, delivering meals to those in need, or partnering with local nonprofits, serving together strengthens our bonds and blesses others.

What Thrive Women’s Ministry Feels Like

  • Warm welcomes and friendly conversation

  • Laughter, listening, and care for one another

  • Time in Scripture with real-life application

  • Prayer, encouragement, and support

  • Spaces for sharing—or just being present

Whether you’re joining for the first time or you’ve been around for a while, our gatherings are meant to feel safe, uplifting, and authentic.
