Village Men:
Building Faith, Friendship, and Community
At Village Church, we believe men grow best in community. Village Men is a space where men can build meaningful friendships, encourage one another in faith, and grow deeper in God’s Word—all while sharing life together.
Whether you’re new to church, have been walking with Jesus for years, or are somewhere in between, you’re welcome here. Come as you are and join us.
When We Gather
Men’s Breakfast on the Third Saturday of each month
9:00–10:30 AM
Common Grounds
4307 Auburn Road in Phenix City
We gather once a month for breakfast, conversation, and a short devotional. It’s a relaxed time to connect, open Scripture together, and encourage one another in faith. No pressure, just real conversation and community.
Doing Life Together
Community doesn’t stop at a table. Throughout the year, the men of Village Church also get together for more casual and fun activities, including:
Attending Columbus River Dragons hockey games, Columbus Clingstones baseball games, or other sporting events
Cookouts at the church or at someone’s home
Occasional outreach or other fellowship opportunities
These moments give us space to build friendships, laugh together, and support one another outside of Sunday mornings.
Our Purpose
Village Men exists to help men:
Encourage one another in faith and everyday life
Grow deeper in God’s Word through Scripture and discussion
Build authentic friendships rooted in trust and accountability
Live out their faith as husbands, fathers, friends, and leaders
Walk together through life’s challenges and joys
You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t need to be perfect. Just be willing to show up.
What a Gathering Feels Like
Friendly conversation and good food
Honest discussion and real-life application
Scripture and prayer in a comfortable setting
A welcoming environment where everyone belongs
Join us for a gathering when you can. There’s no expectation beyond showing up and being yourself.
Who Is Village Men For?
Village Men is open to men of all ages and stages of life. Whether you’re single or married, a dad or not, new to faith or deeply rooted—there’s a seat at the table for you. And feel free to bring a friend.
